History reflection on the Shang Dynasty

1)What do you think are the important factors that let to the rise of the Shang Dynasty?

I think some factors are the strong government and the different occupations that people worked as.

2) what do think would have contributed to the downfall of the Shang Dynasty?

I think that a group of other people from other dynasty had came into the civilisation and made a lot of fights.
